PLEASE NOTE:
You must register for both days separately – one link for Saturday’s lecture and one link for Sunday’s.
Please put the name of your Residency Program in the appropriate spot. Generic terms such as “dermatology” or “derm” will not be accepted.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
You will receive your confirmation email pending approval.
